May 23, 2011 Psalms 67: 5-7 Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God shall bless us. God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear Him. PRAISE THE LORD! We had a good rain Friday and then we had a great turn out at Duncan Lake Sat and Sun. Maybe 60 people went on the trail ride and we fed about 150 that evening. There is no way to name all the people that worked to make this possible. But many thanks to everyone that helped. It took a lot of people to put it together and everything worked smoothly. Our band played and sang after the meal. As usual they did a great job! Many thanks to them. We also want to remember the sound men. It takes time and skill for these men to set up and operate the sound system every Sunday. God has a job for all of us. Praise the Lord that we are blessed with people who are willing to do what God asks. We are back at the Fairgrounds next Sunday. The Lord willing be sure to be there. He has a job for you! |
