| LIME JELLO SALAD 1 Large Can Crushed Pineapple 1 Package Lime Jello 1 Cup Water 12 Marshmallows Bring water & juice to boil, add jello & marshmallows. Let marshmallows dissolve. Remove from stove & set. Add: 1/2 Pint whipping cream 1/2 Pint (1 cup) cottage cheese 1/3 Cup sugar (add gradually to whipping cream) 1/2 Cup Pecans Pineapple Whip Cream, add sugar gradually; add cream, nuts, cottage cheese and pineapple to jello.
