


Prep: 40 Mins. Bake: 55 Min @ 300 degrees. Chill 4 Hours Ingredients: 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips 1/2 Cup Milk 1 TBSP Butter 1 1/2 TSP. Vanilla 2 Eggs 3 - 8oz. Packages Cream Cheese, Softened 1 1/4 Cups Finely Crushed Graham Crackers 1/3 Cup Sugar or Splenda Directions: In a small saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, milk 1 tbsp. Butter, and vanilla. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until chocolate is melted. Set aside to cool. For Crust you may use a store bought large size graham cracker pie crust or: In a small bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and the melted butter. Press the crumb mixture onto the bottom of a pan. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium to high speed for 1 minute. Add the sugar and beat until blended. Add the eggs all at once beating on low speed just until blended. Stir in the cooled white chocolate mixture. Pour filling into crust-lined pan. Place on a cookie sheet.
